Obagi Sun Shield Mineral Broad Spectrum SPF 50 is a physical sunscreen that provides UVA/UVB protection with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Its lightweight formula is oil-free and non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog pores or cause breakouts. While zinc oxide usually creates a white film on skin, this zinc oxide sunscreen dries clear and it’s perfect to wear under makeup.

And now, this physical sunscreen has been reformulated better defend against IR rays and HEV light, both of which can accelerate signs of aging on the skin. It also protects against the blue light that our devices emmit, providing for a skin defense that works for you both indoors and outside.

How to Use

Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and as needed.
Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
Reapply at least every 2 hours.
For children under 6 months of age: consult a doctor.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Using a broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30 or higher together with a comprehensive sun protection program including wearing sun protective clothing, hats, sunglasses, and avoiding the sun between the hours of 10am – 2pm may help reduce the risk of premature skin aging.
